Transcripts and Records

Transcript:

• If you enrolled, but did not earn credits with the Alameda Adult School, we will not have a transcript on file. Please obtain your transcript from the last school you attended.

Graduate Diplomas:

• If you would like to pick up or reorder your diploma, please contact Anne Yick at ayunyick@alamedaunified.org.
• If you would like to reorder your diploma,
  • Please send us the following information:
    • How you want your name printed on the diploma
    • The year you graduated
    • Current address
    • Phone number
  • Price: $30 cash or card. Your order will only be processed once payment is received.
  • Please note that your diploma will not be a replica of when it was first obtained.
  • If your order is placed before January, the diploma will be ready for pick up in June. Any orders after January will be placed for pick up the following June (i.e. Placed February 2022, pick up June 2023).

• Send a signed release of records form by the student.

• Please allow 4-5 business days to process your request. No same-day/expedited processes.
• No verifications will be done over the phone.

GED:

• All GED test records have been transferred to the GED Records Center- Educational Testing Service.
• We have NO GED records on site.
• Request your transcript at:
  • GED Grads and Transcripts
  • Contact GED

HiSET:

• After passing the HiSET test, you will receive a High School Equivalency certificate in the mail, from the state.
  • We do not have copies of the certificates.
• You can view your scores in your online HiSET account and print an official Comprehensive Score Report.
• Call 1-855-MyHiSET for transcript requests.
